These movements are then combined into a practice flow, as well as six versatile combinations which gradually increase in difficulty.
As a bonus, the DVD includes four shorter practice playlists, for when you don't have time for the full 80 minute workout. Each practice playlist is 20 to 30 minutes in length, includes a warm up and cool down, and focuses on perfecting one or two of the combinations on the DVD.
