Food is not just a source of energy for dancers, it is what every cell of our body is made of and for a dance style that requires so much muscle control in the belly area like belly dancing, making sure you are not stuffed and bloated is very important.
So what are the best foods to eat for energy before your dance practice and what would nourish your body best after your practice.
