I have done so many videos in the past talking about p[posture and yet it seems to be one of the most challenging aspects of the dance so far for most beginners.
There are so many ideas out there of what you should do or not do but I have spoken specifically about this in the past and said that the posture must feel comfortable. Most questions and emails I receive are talking about how "I am doing what i should do but it does not feel right". Then don't do it that is always my answer
Speaking of this one aspect of posture, tucking the belly ... we hear all the time that we should have our belly tucked? How much truth there is to this? when is it OK and when it is not? should you always tuck your belly?
