Like many things we do in our lives, it comes a time when we think we are at a plateau and we are not making any progress. In belly dancing as in other activities, we find ourselves repeating the same moves or dancing to the same music and getting really good at what we know ... but it is still all the same.
Maybe you would like to take it to the next level and choreograph, improv, perform ... or just do a new move. Whatever the next level is, it could seem impossible to get there at times. What to do then?
