The belly dance "Amr Diab" workout

Amr Diab is by far one of my absolute favorite Egyptian singers and he's a favorite of many bellydancers around the world. I love using the art of belly dance as a fun workout, sweat and burn some calories while having fun dancing so I usually need music that is steady, upbeat and fun and Amr Diab's music is right on target for this

Here is a workout based entirely on Amr Diab's music. I alternate the speed of the songs, some slow and some fast ... Make sure to watch the first video to learn the moves you need to know for this workout slowly, then watch the longer video with the complete workout with music. Repeat this workout as many times as you please
