Dancing with veils is a beautiful aspect of belly dancing but don't let all that beauty mislead you. Working with veils is hard work sometimes especially when you have to practice for hours to perfect the moves. Your arms will be sore!
There are few tips that must be kept in mind as you learn to dance with veils. These tips however require some hard work and take time to master to the point where they become natural and you won't need to think about them anymore. Developing strength in your shoulder muscles is something that also takes time and helps tremendously.
