What are the muscles that need to be stretched before a dance and how? thisreally depends on the person, how active you are and what you've been doing before the dance. If you had quite a busy day and you've been moving a lot, few stretches would do the job since this is a moderate activity. However, if you have not been moving a lot, consider some stretching and then few travel moves for warmup and for a fast warmup, shimmies are great!
